Tasks Disappeared
All of my Tasks for a certain Project just disappeared. How can I fix this?

Hi Kate,
Without looking at the project I can't quite say. However, in this scenario only two things could have happened...
1 - You marked the tasks or list as complete. You can check this by visiting the Project page, clicking the Filter Tasks button, and selecting the control that says something like "Show Archived" (not in front of my computer right now so can't recall the exact text - sorry)
2 - You, or someone else mistakenly deleted a task list - removing all tasks within. If this happened unfortunately there is no "undo" currently.
Let me know if I need to look at this in more depth by responding with the project name.

Thanks Seth, looks like they'd somehow been archived. Weird because I know
I didn't do it, and the 6 other employees here also said they didn't do it.
Some kind of glitch I guess.

Also keep in mind that if you invoice for tasks - that only have a “flat fee” applied, and no hourly rate - the system will automatically archive them to prevent them from being “double billed”.

Yep I know about that, but we definitely didn't invoice for anything
related to that project (that particular project is entirely internal, so
no billing). Must've been a glitch; maybe worth you guys checking it out.
