How do I send a customer a stripe payment link

Hello! I've connected my Stripe account, but the customer cannot find the payment link on the invoice. When they click the invoice URL, Cashboard asks them to log in to Cashboard, which is not what they should be expected to do. I'm I missing a setting somewhere?
