Bulletin Board Tasks Jumping Around

Hi Support

I was just thinking how much I LOVE being able to turn an estimate into a project, then create new task lists and move my estimate>project tasks into these.

Today there's a little problem though, they seem to be jumping back. e.g. I move a task to a new list on the right and it seems to take no problem. I then move the item order in the original list, and the tasks I just moved out jump back to where they were. Wierd?

After logging out and in they are back to where they should be (seem to ahve saved ok) but then start jumping again if I try to organise them again.

Thought I would document that.

Cheers
Alicia

Can you replicate? I'd love to be able to finish this project setup without that happening.

I've not gotten it to happen personally, but have heard one other person mention a similar problem. When this happens, does it seem dependent on the speed you're moving items around — or does this happen every time you set up a new project?

Hmm didn't notice speed as an issue. Also, this hasn't happened before. Also... seems to have resolved itself!

I have a suspicion it has something to do with internet requests from someone’s browser backing up — perhaps with a connection that’s going slow — but I haven’t been able to duplicate because of this. :(

If it happens again, please let me know. Glad it sorted itself out though.
