The attachment on this message shows a message from cashboard saying that I can pay the invoice online.

But there's nothing to click on that I can find for actually paying the invoice online.

If cashboard is not really allowing me to pay online, I suggest it not show that message claiming that it does allow it.

Thanks. /Eric Osman at rcn dot com

Hi Eric! Sorry for the confusion…

Since you’re a client, your service provider has to enable credit card payments for that to work!

Please reach out to Brian Plummer directly and ask them to enable credit card payments!

    > hi Seth. Thanks so much for responding. My suggestion still stands, of not putting a pop-up saying I can pay the bill online with your cash board when I actually can’t. At this point, I will not ask my supplier to enable credit card payments on your cash board site, because I asked him that once, and he said that your cash board will charge him money to do that. That’s understandable, but I do suggest the cash board be more clear about its pop-ups and not say that payment option is available when it’s not. thanks
