Hello,
When I click on a task the window pops up but it is just loading under "Activity," but never loads. Then when I click on Time Entry and start I get this message:

"Your attention please
Sorry, but your last request couldn't be completed by the server.
If this message continues to appear please send an email to support with a description of what you were doing."

I logged out and logged back in but I'm still having the issue.

Thanks

Hi Keli, thanks for the report. We were having some issues last night that seem to be carrying over to this morning. I'm on the way to the office right now to check things out. Will get back to you ASAP.

Hi Lauren, thanks for the report.

It seems everyone is going to have this problem until I figure out what it is. Meanwhile, please track time from under the “Timesheets” page, which is working as expected.

OK everyone — this appears to be fixed now. Sorry for the trouble.

We're working to modernize Cashboard and some of the old software is giving me grief. We plan to be on the new platform (and have some better designed stuff to show) early next year.

Merry Christmas, don't work too hard!
