I have been using Cashboard for my consulting business for three years and lately I have been having issues with my estimates and invoices getting lost in my clients' spam filters due to the email alias they are sent from. Any suggestion for preventing this?

Hello Karen, I'm sorry to hear that :disappointed:

I'm curious, is this all clients, or a select handful?

There are two ways I know of to accomplish what you're after – having your
clients whitelist/allowlist our Cashboard email address, or you sending the
invoices manually from your email address. Because it's difficult to
instruct clients to allowlist email addresses and act as tech support I'd
    suggest the second option.

You can download the PDF of your invoice, then email it directly from your
address. Please let me know if this solves the issue!

Hi! It has been a few different clients - some who have received invoices and estimates from me before via cashboard and some who are brand new, which makes it surprising. I can send directly from my email address in the future via PDF, I was just wondering if there had been any back end updates from your team that might have caused the issue as it is new for me - previously everything delivered just fine.

Thank you for more clarity on the topic. We have made no recent updates to
the system, but are monitoring the email server for abuse and spam and will
update you if there are any upcoming changes!
