I am evaluating different cloud invoicing applications for a customer who is a lawyer. His data is very sensible and should never be published anyhow. How do you guarantee, that his data is kept private/confidental and safe? How do you ensure that data is always available? Which kind of cloud computing security do you have?

How many users do you have?
Thank you in advance for your fast response,

Nancy from Switzerland

    Hi Nancy,

We take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and availability of all of our data, as any responsible service does.

    • All transmissions between you and Cashboard are SSL encrypted
    • We run constant database backups, which are encrypted and stored offsite
    • We host with a top provider and have an uptime rating over 99%
    • Access to our servers and databases is restricted to only people who need it

We've been in business since 2007 and have many customers, worldwide.
