i have a doubt.

once i create the project out of an estimate and i start entering the expenses in negative amounts (ex -1.00) the amount reflects in the total of the estimate and when i create the invoice with the expenses adjust it show me the real profit of the project. that's ok for companies purpose, ut if i need to sen the client this invoice it won't be real to the amount i am charging for which should be the one of the estimate

is there any way that i can make the job / invoice with the expenses applied but when i create the invoice the amount reflected is the same as the one in the estimate ?

Yarimar, I'm sorry but I don't understand your email that well.

Can you link me to an estimate / invoice in question? Maybe I can figure out what you're trying to say better that way.
