Almost all of our clients have missed invoices and estimates because they get routed to spam folders. It makes us look very unprofessional.
Additionally, any client with an @sbcglobal.net or @comcast.net cannot receive cashboard invoices at all.
We have used cashboard for a long time but if these issues can't be corrected we will have to change to a different invoicing software.
