Hello - your SSL certificate is expired and I am unable to reach your site securely. Is this something you can help me resolve?

Hey Karen,
I want to inform you that we have addressed the problem. The expired SSL certificate has been replaced with a new one, and the issue is now resolved.
While we regret that the resolution wasn't as immediate as I would have liked, we want to assure you that there was no security risk during this period. Our systems remained secure, and your data was protected throughout.
I take these matters seriously and we're reviewing our processes to improve our response time and prevent similar occurrences in the future.
