Emails sent to customer
None of my emails sent from cashboardapp (estimates, invoices) are received by my customers.
I checked my email settings and nothing is bouncing back either.
I tried different email addresses with my customers and none are receiving the emails from cashboardapp. I can send an email to them directly from email account, not using cashboardapp, and they will receive it ok.
Please help.

Hello thank you for the heads up about this!
It looks like we are encountering a little bit of a spam email attack
problem at the moment. I've adjusted some things on the server. Emails
should be able to be delivered after a few hours. What I'd advise for now
is downloading a PDF and sending a copy to your clients in the meantime if
it's urgent. Otherwise I will ensure I check in with you tomorrow about
this issue.
Very sorry about the inconvenience. I'm working to get it fixed immediately.

Hi Seth,
Thank you for the update.
But, now I am locked out of the app and cannot log back in anymore and
resetting password is not sending emails to reset password either.
Please help!

Is there still an issue with your Server???
Yesterday after we spoke, it started working, but today, again my customers
are not receiving estimates and invoices emails sent from dashboard.
Please advise.

Hi Seth,
Hope you are well.
I noticed today that one Estimate that was agreed to it did not get updated
or send email to notify me that the estimate was approved by customer.
Also when an invoice got paid, no email or notification was sent. Also, in
the app history it will not show that invoice was paid or the estimate was
approved.
Please let me know how we can fix this.

It was for Invoice 203324 and Estimate 18333. None of them did generate any
notification and in history will not show if it was agreed to or paid for
unless I open the estimate or Invoice and then it shows that it was paid and
the estimate was agreed to.

Hi Seth,
Hope you are well.
Lately all estimates or invoices that are emailed are landing in SPAM or
JUNK folders of my clients. They are getting frustrated, and I have lost
some business since they cannot find the estimate or invoice.
I test an estimate to my own email and the email has a very long string of
numbers and letters which I think causes to land in the SPAM folder of the
email account.
Is there any way that you can change the email string shorter or that just
shows my company name so it is easier to find and is not flagged as JUNK or
SPAM?

Hope you are well.
When customers pay their invoice on their mobile devices, on the app the customer receives paid, but the payment never arrives at Stripe for processing.
I called Stripe support, and they say that the info is not logged or received by stripe from Cashboardapp and hence they cannot help. They asked me to reach out to you since the integration did not pass the payment information to Stripe.
This issue has been going on for years, and more customers using thier mobile to pay and I do not receive their payments.
If they use their Desktop PC that the payment will processed just OK.
Please let me know if you can help??
