Most customers simply store their email/password in their browser so it auto-fills.

We allow sessions to be active up to 2 days right now.

Best,

seth // subimage.com

Seth B tag:help.cashboardapp.com,2012-10-23:Comment/25161121 2014-01-23T17:22:47Z 2014-01-23T17:22:47Z Provide a cookie option to stay logged in

For feedback sake, I created a test cashboard account while I was reviewing many choices. I decided on Cashboard, and then created an account that I would use regularly (paid account). The Cookie concept got jumbled in there somewhere and my password was not saved for the new account. While I'm aware of clearing cookies in the browser, it didn't dawn on me to do this. Instead, every time I logged into cashboard and had to type in my password, I just became more frustrated. It wasn't until I searched this forum that I remembered to look at the stored cookie, and sure enough - after clearing it, it saved my password.

My feedback is that end users may just become so frustrated with password issues that they abandon the product (I was close). I think it's a great app, and now that I don't have to type my password in, I look forward to using it regularly. Can't wait for the iphone app to come out (I get the white screen of confusion when I try to install it).

Thanks,

Jim

Jim Carrillo
