TIMESHEET SEARCH IDEA

Hello,

I'm wondering if this is possible:

When one searches the timesheet, to be able to ONLY see the projects that are open and or only the clients that you are currently working on [not the archived ones]. Through the past years we have had so many projects that to when you're looking for a specific one you have to scroll and look closely and it's time consuming. I think it would be easier and more time effective to just be able to see currently open projects, not the 100 that we have had in the past several years.

    Hi Eara,

I understand your concern but for historical purposes the archived projects will stay in that list. Timesheets are due for a huge overhaul, and addressing that aspect of things will be part of it.

For now, if you want to see time for a specific, open project I suggest navigating to that project, then clicking on the "Time Entries" link in the project sidebar.

PS: You can easily navigate to any project in the system by typing its name into the global search box.
