Host CB knowledge base and support on different server?
As always, so happy with the service I received, but there was some very brief downtime today (no more than 15mins) and it would have been nice to visit the support area and alert you of the problem (which you probably already knew about!). So I just thought it may be wise to put the support area on a different server perhaps - completely appreciate the hassle this would be (I certainly wouldn't want to do it!).
Anyway, just putting it out there, keep up the good work!
