My customers love the ability to log in to the system and see all of relevant information. The only pain point at this time is that we need to have a separate issue/request tracking system.
I think it would be great if clients could add tasks/tickets that we could easily add to estimates and create tasks from.
Do you have any plans in that regard? I would be interested in contributing some time to this just to make ticketing functionality happen.
