<p>All email notices get sent to the account owner by default.
I’m fairly sure we also add you as an “interested
party” when sending/creating an invoice, but I’d have
to look at the code and the invoice in question to be absolutely
sure. I haven’t cracked that bit of the source for awhile.
Can you point me to the invoice you’re talking about so I can
take a look?</p>

<p>Thank you for getting back to me. I sent out a multi-Invoice at
11:08 am<br>
today, Monday 30th, and the client made a comment on the invoice at
12:30pm<br>
on the same day (today) . I created the invoice and sent it and
only my<br>
wife (Jennie) got the email notification.</p>
<p>This multi-invoice include invoice 78 and 80.</p>

that specific bit of code, and it appears unless you’re
sending a copy of the invoice to yourself we’re not adding
the sender (you) as an interested party - which would prevent you
from receiving followup notices via email when your customers
comment.</p>
<p>For now, a way around that is to ensure you also send a copy to
yourself.</p>
<p>If you in fact, did do that we should have sent out a followup
notification. You might want to double check your spam folder just
to be sure it’s not in there.</p>
<p>In the meantime, I’ll add this to the list of minor bugs
we need to look at.</p>
<p>Sorry for any confusion caused by this.</p>
