<p>For printable documents inside the app, like invoices,
estimates, and payment receipts we offer PDF downloads for perfect
printing.</p>
<p>We don't offer PDF downloads for invoice lists, and other list
screens. You can however download a spreadsheet compatible CSV file
from that screen. The button says 'export data' and is above and to
the right of the list.</p>
<p>I'd be interested in knowing your reasons for wanting to print
that list? If it's to provide your clients a list of outstanding
invoices, that is rather unnecessary - as they can login to the app
- provided you added their email - and see the list themselves.</p>
<p>Please let me know. We're here to help.</p></div>Seth Btag:help.cashboardapp.com,2012-10-23:Comment/379880292015-09-21T22:54:37Z2015-09-21T22:54:37ZPrinting lists & email comment issue<div><p>Hi Seth</p>
<p>I understand that I can export to a CSV file, but was wanting a
simple printed report that would help produce a list by using Print
function within Browser for checking bank account payments. Print
in Safari does produce a printout, but it is not formatted very
nicely.</p>
<p>Another thing, I am testing what a client receives when I send
them an invoice. I created a test client. I added a comment to the
invoice before I sent it but it wasn't shown on the client's
invoice.</p>
<p>Also, when I tried to reply to the email that was sent to the
test client, the messages received in Cashboard are unreadable. See
screen shot. Would appreciate your help please.</p>
<p>Is there anyway for the emails to be sent out from my email
address instead?</p></div>Grace Neumanntag:help.cashboardapp.com,2012-10-23:Comment/379880292015-09-22T03:04:20Z2015-09-22T03:04:54ZPrinting lists & email comment issue<div><blockquote>

<p>Exporting to CSV will let you print as you see it. Unfortunately
right now that's the best I can offer on that front. However, we
will take that feedback into account.</p>

<p>Comments are not shown on emailed invoices - as they are not a
part of the document. If you wish to add text to the invoice
document itself, edit the invoice and use the "Notes" field.</p>

</blockquote>
<p><strong>That's quite odd. What program are you using to send
emails with? I'd like to investigate further as we've not seen this
before</strong></p>
<blockquote>
<p>Is there anyway for the emails to be sent out from my email
address instead?</p>
</blockquote>
<p>No, because our servers would have to "spoof" your email
address, which is a signal to a lot of mail servers that the source
message is SPAM. We tried it that way long ago, but found the way
we're delivering mail now is more reliable.</p>
<p>If you wish to send invoices from your real email account, you
can always download the PDF and use your mail program to send it.
Keep in mind that your clients will not get a link to pay online
this way.</p></div>Seth Btag:help.cashboardapp.com,2012-10-23:Comment/379880292015-09-22T03:09:19Z2015-09-22T03:09:19ZPrinting lists & email comment issue<div><p>Hi Seth</p>
<p>I am using Apple Mail.</p>
<p>Yes I might send it by attaching PDF to my email, as I
don’t use any of the payment methods, just direct debit which
I have added info about this to the template. Thanks for providing
a way to alter the invoice template.</p>
<p>Kind regards</p>

it inside the Mail menu, under “About Mail"</p>
<p>Additionally, if you could send an email to my personal address
[seth AT cashboardapp.com <a href="http://cashboardapp.com/">http://cashboardapp.com/</a>] that would
be very helpful in trying to figure this one out. Thank you!</p></div>Seth Btag:help.cashboardapp.com,2012-10-23:Comment/379880292015-09-22T21:23:06Z2015-09-22T21:23:06ZPrinting lists & email comment issue<div><p>Just wanted to let you know that the email issue you reported is
now fixed and live.</p>
<p>We’ve also added your email as a part of our automated
tests to ensure it won’t happen again. You shouldn’t
have any more problems with that - but if you see something
different moving forward please let us know!</p>

via this software?</p>

<p>Thanks for letting me know. If I were to take the monthly
membership, am I able to cancel at any time. Also if I like the
monthly membership and then decided to pay the full year, would
that be possible?</p>
<p>Kind regards</p>

<p>Yes you can cancel or upgrade from the monthly membership at any
time. However, please keep in mind that the yearly payment plan is
non-refundable. If you do commit to the yearly plan, you can
downgrade and receive an account credit - but we offer no cash
refunds - which is why we’re able to offer such a great
price.</p>
<p>Best,</p>
