Hi,

We are looking for a time tracking software for about 30 people. I have a few questions regarding your tool.

1. is it possible to see billed/ not billed hours (for users/ for admin)?
   
2. Does it create a unique ID number for each project?
   
3. Can users add other users to a project? Or are there different administrative rights?
   
4. Can users see each others time tracked on specific projects?
   5 Is there an approval function?
   
5. Is it possible to export information to Excel?
   
6. Can an administrator lock for reporting. E.g. When the hours for January are invoiced to make sure that nobody add more time within January after the invoicing date.
   8 Can a project be divided into reportable tasks and milestones?
   9 What is the cost to use your system?
   
7. Is it possible to use different rates on different resources?
   
8. Is it possible to add comments to time that is put down?
   
9. Is it possible to see billed vs unbilled hours?
   
10. Do you have an iOS compatible app for time reporting?
    
11. What kind of reports can be made? Can one e.g. see per projects (and tasks) hours that have been put down by who and their rate?
    
12. Does your program have a budget function? With this I mean if one can write estimated time needed to complete a project?
    
13. If there is a budget function can users see time remaining?

   Yes

   Does it create a unique ID number for each project?

   No, but you can add whatever ID / name you wish

   Can users add other users to a project? Or are there different administrative rights?

   Yes if they're an admin or account administrator

   Can users see each others time tracked on specific projects?

   Yes, if they all have rights for the same project

   Is there an approval function?

   Yes, admins can set time to "billable" or "unbillable" - which "approves" it to be invoiced.

   Is it possible to export information to Excel?

   Yes, and XML, and QuickBooks, and we have a great API (https://api.cashboardapp.com)

   Can a project be divided into reportable tasks and milestones?

   Projects can contain lists and tasks. You could use lists for "milestones" or whatever other grouping you desire.
