Hi Cashboarders,

I'm a writing consultant who works with two very different demographics: high school students and local business owners. I'd like to create two different invoice templates so that each group receives appropriate information on related services within their invoice. Is it possible to create and upload two different invoice templates, and then select the proper one when I invoice?

Thanks!

    Hi Nick,

Yes you can do this with Cashboard.

The default template is called "html_invoice". Any templates that you create which start with that naming pattern will be available for selection on an invoice-by-invoice basis under the "advanced options" section while editing one.

For instance, you could name the new one "html_invoice_2", "html_invoice_alternate", etc…
