Invoicing for domain names and hosting

im totally new, i want to use cashboard to invoice domain names
and hosting,
i want to set a start and end date of it ...
dont know whats the best approach to do this?
via sheduled invoices? is there a way to set variables in a
description? for example 10/12/{year} - 10/12/{year + 1}
or is there a better way to invoice domainnames?

Here's an explanation of how to print "dynamic dates" in Cashboard.

I'd suggest you set up a "schedule" for each of your clients, then use the link I just referenced to setup your custom text inside each schedule.
