Sorry for not responding earlier, we've been extremely busy over
the last week and this slipped through the cracks.

You didn't mention which project this was, and I can't tell from
the screenshot - but your tasks haven't "disappeared". What I think
has happen is you've marked those tasks for that particular project
"complete", which prevents you from tracking more time for
them.

If you are viewing your project, click the "Filter Tasks"
button, then select the checkbox that says "show completed tasks".
You'll then be able to see which tasks are completed, and which
aren't.

Hope that helps, and my apologies again for the lag in response
time.

complete,
and I'm not sure where/what page that happens, is there an
explanation of
this functionality in the online resources that you can point me
to?

Thanks

There’s a couple of ways a task can be completed. One is
to click the “Complete & Close Task” button, shown
here. The other, is when you invoice for a task that has a
“flat fee” with no hours assigned to it. We close those
tasks automatically so you don’t double-bill your
customers.

Hopefully that explains things properly.
