I have to say it's an incredibly reliable website, which is really important to me personally.</p>
<p>Just while I have your attention, can you give any assurances that the service won't simply disappear one day? I'm not sure about other users, but it would financially cripple me if it did, as I would lose all evidence of work done on many projects.</p>

<p>You're very welcome!</p>
<p>That's very reassuring to hear, when the system went down and I went to the<br>
support, I noticed one answer from February where Seth mention it's only in<br>
maintenance mode. That is completely understandable because to my mind,<br>
there's nothing wrong with the system that comes to mind. After many years<br>
(perhaps 8+!), I've become very used to the layout and how it works.</p>
<p>Next time I think of a way it can be improved, I'll be happy to pass it<br>
onto you.</p>
