<p>It looks like we are encountering a little bit of a spam email attack<br>
problem at the moment. I've adjusted some things on the server. Emails<br>
should be able to be delivered after a few hours. What I'd advise for now<br>
is downloading a PDF and sending a copy to your clients in the meantime if<br>
it's urgent. Otherwise I will ensure I check in with you tomorrow about<br>
this issue.</p>

<p>I noticed today that one Estimate that was agreed to it did not get updated<br>
or send email to notify me that the estimate was approved by customer.</p>
<p>Also when an invoice got paid, no email or notification was sent. Also, in<br>
the app history it will not show that invoice was paid or the estimate was<br>
approved.</p>
<p>Please let me know how we can fix this.</p>

<p>It was for Invoice 203324 and Estimate 18333. None of them did generate any<br>
notification and in history will not show if it was agreed to or paid for<br>
unless I open the estimate or Invoice and then it shows that it was paid and<br>
the estimate was agreed to.</p>

<p>Lately all estimates or invoices that are emailed are landing in SPAM or<br>
JUNK folders of my clients. They are getting frustrated, and I have lost<br>
some business since they cannot find the estimate or invoice.</p>
<p>I test an estimate to my own email and the email has a very long string of<br>
numbers and letters which I think causes to land in the SPAM folder of the<br>
email account.</p>
<p>Is there any way that you can change the email string shorter or that just<br>
shows my company name so it is easier to find and is not flagged as JUNK or<br>
SPAM?</p>
