Task timer was left running for task “10” on Project “2013 June”. Cashboard stopped the task at 12.00 hours. Task 10 is no longer viewable in the project tasks list but is viewable in the timesheet All Entries view. I corrected the task “10” time from 12.00 hours to 2.00 hours. Project “2013 June” task “10” is still not viewable in the project task list.

Screen shots attached.

    John,

Have you checked to see if it's been marked complete or not? Completed tasks are hidden by default. Use the 'filter tasks' button, then the menu inside to display completed tasks & re-check. Thanks.

That was why the task was not displaying but I did not mark it completed. It must have been marked by the process that terminated my task time at 12 hours.

Thanks for the quick response !

    Hey John,

No - our automated stopping of the timer has nothing to do with marking a task complete. Tasks however can be marked complete by keyboard commands, or by clicking the "complete & close task" button while viewing it.

Additionally, if you invoice for tasks with flat fees on them they'll be automatically marked as complete.

    Hope that clears things up!

    Hi Seth,

That was the problem but I did not set the task to completed. I think
the automatic stop at the 12 hours limit must have also set the task to
    completed.

Thanks for the quick response !

John...I wrote the code and I can tell you for a fact that the automatic
stopping of the timer does not mark tasks complete ;)

    Have a good one.
