There are actually a couple of quirks but there is one in particular that is causing me headaches.

I have a large project with daily task lists. I keep the task lists in order by date, with the newest date on the left, archiving date lists as they get reported as time in the company's timekeeping solution (which is not as good as Cashboard.) Sometimes they get out of order, so I pick it up and move my mouse off the right-hand side of the container, to scroll to the right... and sometimes it works, but most of the time it just scrolls all the way to the left.

Then sometimes I am able to move the list to the right if I do it very carefully, then I drop the task list almost where I want it, I pick it up again... and I'm instantly scrolled all the way to the left.

Try making about 30 task lists in a project and try dragging one of the lists to a specific position, say about 5 from the rightmost position. If you can't see what I mean, I'm using Chrome on Mac with a MacBook touchpad. It might be easier with a mouse, or anything that can scroll independent of tapping and dragging.

This is really annoying, and scrolling/dragging behavior that seems like it is exactly programmed wrong! (Goes left when it should go right.) Is there possibly a one-line fix somewhere that could go in without a lot of hassle for you?

Kingdon Barretttag:help.cashboardapp.com,2012-10-23:Comment/423969252017-04-21T03:32:43Z2017-04-21T03:32:43ZDrag and Drop Lists

That does sound annoying. I'll look into it asap. I've never experienced it and will try to reproduce. Still working on nailing down some backend things with the new server setup, but will add to my front end checklist to get to when I'm working on that area.

Seth B
