It looks like payment failed. I received an email.
But card expire date is 10/19.

Can you check what the problem is ?

    Hi Erik,

    As the payment email mentions your card has expired. Perhaps the new expiration date is 10/19, but you haven’t updated it on our site?

    Please do so from the Settings > Account screen. All the best,
