invoice doesn't get to client
One of my many customers is not getting anything when I send them a bill.When I changed the email address to the couples wife they get nothing.

Hi Brian, I’m sorry to hear that.
One issue is that the invoices could be getting flagged by their email software as SPAM. Unfortunately we really don’t have a lot of control over that one. Another issue, is that if they are on hotmail/msn.com <http://msn.com/> we’ve had some issues with those addresses in the past. One idea would be to download the invoice PDF and email it from your actual email client to see if that gets there in a more reliable fashion.
