Karen,
There’s no way we can “charge your card without authorization”. By definition, giving us your credit card inside the service is permission to do so.
I’m not quite sure what you believe happened here, but I see that you were on a trial…provided us your card…then cancelled after your card was charged. Refunds are against our Terms Of Service — which you agreed to when signing up for a trial of Cashboard — but to be a good person, and behave in a friendly manner I’ll honor your request.
