Data lost
One of my employees has deleted a task (Roy Donck). It looks like he was able to delete tasks while he is only employee.
All hours are now lost ? Is there anyway to recover this data ? What is the actual status of the invoice. Is all data there also lost.

Hi Erik,
I apologize but there’s no “data recovery” or “undo” at this time.
If your employee deleted a task that had been invoiced the invoice is fine - but the task and time entries themselves are gone.
When invoicing we “import” that time to create the relevant invoice data - so if tasks get deleted it doesn’t affect your invoice.

Unfortunately if the task has been deleted, then it’s gone forever. I apologize - I misunderstood your first email.
We hope to offer some level of undo in the future, but for now sadly I can’t do anything for you. Sorry once again.
