<p>Your account was disabled because Barry Shepherd initiated 2
chargebacks for months of service we already provided.</p>
<p>His bank took back 2 months of payments from us, plus a
"chargeback fee" for each.</p>
<p>I emailed the following to Lindsey Meeks, Barry Shepherd, Janice
Morgan, Belinda Brown, Samantha, and Liz Kelly (admins on your
account) on July 27 — I got no response to this
email…</p>

<p>This dispute was just ruled against us, costing us $40 for both
of the payments disputed, plus an additional $32 fee for the
chargebacks ($16 a piece).</p>
<p>I've disabled your Cashboard account until you provide us with a
new, valid credit card. Upon receipt of that card, we will charge
your account $72 (for the chargebacks) to bring it current.</p>
<p>Your data is safe, but you will be unable to access Cashboard
until this is resolved to our satisfaction.</p>

<p>If you'd like to make a payment and provide a credit card that
we can bill successfully then I'd be more than happy to re-enable
