Receipt rather than invoice
Hello, I was wondering if it was possible to send out a receipt rather than an invoice when someone has paid and you want to email them a thank you for their records. It's just that it could be confusing with it sending out another document entitled "invoice".

Cath of course you can!
If you've recorded a payment against that invoice you actually can send a payment receipt.
If you've already recorded a payment, navigate to it under Income > Payments. After finding the one you'd like to send click it to show it.
On the payment page there's a send button.
