Unable to login

Hi there
I am looking at using the mobile app and I went to touch.cashboardapp.com, however when I try to login I get 'Login Failure, please try again.
Login: [email blocked]
subdomain: edmi.cashboardapp.com
Are you able to help me?

    Hi Fiona,

    You should just be placing “edmi” in for subdomain - not the entire account address. The email address and password you use to login to the regular site should work.

    That said, the mobile app is due for an update and there are some bugs - so I’d strongly advise using the web app if you run into further troubles.

    We do plan a major overhaul with native, downloadable apps at the end of this year.
