Payments Error
Payments through paypal used to work through your system.
Now they aren't.
I double checked and I have granted access to the API through Paypal.
I have a business account with Paypal Pro
I even have the IPN set up.
In Cashboard it does have Paypal Pro set up in Preferences.
The error my clients get is:
"Your payment could not be processed.
This message was returned from our payment processor:
The transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.
If you continue to encounter this, please contact support. "
Can you please tell me what's going on? I have a legacy account and have always been able to process credit cards in the past.

Hi Cathy, sorry to hear PayPal is giving you trouble.
As far as I understand it, this is a misconfiguration with PayPal, and nothing to do with Cashboard. You’ll need to contact support there to get things ironed out.
I googled the exact error and found this on PayPal’s site:
Note: The merchant account attempting the transaction is not a business account at PayPal. Check your account settings.
